Postpartum Yoga 
Come move your body and relax your mind whether you are 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum!  A blend of breathing, mindfulness and alignment is designed to awaken your core and pelvic floor after carrying and birthing your baby.  We focus on natural movements you can build into your daily life to bring balance and strength to your body. Non-mobile babies are welcome but not required.

Prenatal Yoga
A nice balance of breathing, mindfulness, and alignment is woven into asanas to help bring comfort and strength to your changing bodies.  We focus on mindfulness, strengthening your intuition and connection to your growing babies in preparation for labor and parenting. This class is appropriate for pregnant people of all stages and all yoga levels.

​Yoga & Corrective Exercise Sessions

One on one sessions to address your specific body, needs and lifestyle.  Whether you are newly pregnant or 10 years postpartum, I will help you address whatever concerns or discomforts you are dealing with.  We will use yoga, natural movements and corrective exercises to aid your body's natural ability to heal and recover.  Breathing and mindfulness will also be incorporated into each session to help reduce stress and optimize healing.  Alignment and how you move plays a key role into the way your body feels and functions.  We will bring balance and strength back to your body so that you can do the things you want and feel your absolute best. We can meet in the office, your home or out in nature.​
